With the GP days getting longer I often find after 12 hours I’ve barely managed 500 steps and I’m getting creakier! To get me moving and to raise money for a great cause I will be covering 62 Miles in August for Refuge. I’ll make sure at whatever time of day i can fit it in, I’ll walk or even try and run 2 miles each day! Please help support me with donating to this really needy cause that we have seen more people having to turn to especially in the last 18  months.

On any given day, Refuge supports 7000 women and children. Just £10 could provide a woman arriving at a Refuge with the support she needs for her first night. Every £1 makes a difference. Thank you!
