As many of your probably already know, I'm not much of a runner! However, this fall I'm going to put myself to the ultimate challenge by running a staggering 5k to raise money for my charity of choice, Umbrella. Umbrella is a local charity providing services to people with mental health issues across London. Please help me to raise my goal of £300 which will go toward a client opportunities fund.
