I am running the Virgin London Marathon 2022 in support of Cynthia Spencer Hospice.

As most of you know, Cynthia Spencer and their work sit close to mine and my family’s hearts.  After running the Northampton Half Marathon I thought it was a good idea to apply for a gold bond place through Cynthia Spencer. 🤪  I was shocked that I got a place and will be spending the next 9 months training and fundraising so look out for all the ways you can help in supporting a really worthy cause. 

I will use this page to give updates on my training and any hints and tips will be gratefully received! Always up for a running buddy too!
