On Sunday 14th June I'm taking part in the annual Two Castles run. I've chosen to raise money for the MS trust, an amazing charity whose vision is to enable people with MS to live their lives to the full. My dear friend Tarn, who suffered from a particularly aggressive form of this horrible disease, did just this. With some serious encouragement from Martyn and the motivation to raise money in her memory I've got up off my sofa and started running !!
