The 2.6 Challenge is a simple and fun way for everyone to do their bit to help save the UKs charities.

Story

For the 2.6 challenge I'll go the extra mile for Prisoners of Conscience, to raise vital funds for human rights defenders around the world. Will you help me?

PoC’s mission is to protect and advance human rights across the world by providing practical and financial support to people who have exercised a non-violent act of conscience for their and others’ human rights. People like Yusuf, a Kurdish human rights lawyer from Turkey, who was detained and tortured for doing his job.

Every donation, however big or small, could go a long way in keeping prisoners of conscience and their voices alive.

Thank you!

Save the UK's CharitiesGeneral fundraising has been hit very hard by the COVID-19 pandemic. Thousands of fundraising events have been cancelled and many charities, particularly smaller ones, are struggling to maintain services because of this huge reduction in income. This impacts all sectors of society from children to the elderly as well as the vital work in areas such as palliative care, serious diseases, mental health, housing support, food supplies and countless others that charities support.
