After losing my Nanny in December 2012 my mum asked if everyone could make a donation to Alzheimers rather than send flowers.  I thought this was a great idea, a lasting gift rather than a temporary one.  Having seen my nan (and Mark's) live their last few years of life with Alzheimers and how it takes away not only your memory but your independence, your dignity and many other things.  I really wanted to give a little bit more than just a donation so I decided to take up a challenge.

I'm going to run the Banbury 15 which is a hilly 15 mile race around Banbury.  It's not an easy one but it will be worth it if I can raise a bit of money for this great charity

Please support me by donating whatever you can afford and help me raise some money for Alzheimers Research.

If everyone could manage to donate about £2.50 or more that would be a huge amount of money and I would be so very grateful.
