Myself, Lou and Ella are putting on our trainees again to run the Scouse 5K on Sunday 15 October to raise money for the Clatterbridge centre and their indispensable team.

Our mum and nan has spent the past few months having chemotherapy for lung cancer and they have been an absolute rock of support.

All we ask is for a £1 dontation if you are able to do so.
