My mum was diagnosed with Crohns Disease really quite recently. Having a name to her problems has not only helped by giving her a reason for how she's been feeling, but it has also opened the door to Crohns and Colitis UK, who have been incredibly supportive. I'd like to raise money to say thank you and to help them help others who suffer from this disease.
