Story

This challenge is a big challenge as i am petrified of heights.....I will be doing the walk of fear across the glass at the top of Blackpool Tower.

I am attempting to raise £500 for s.a.n.d.s as the charity hold a personal place in my heart. As soon as i hit the target i will be going up to the top of the tower.

Snippet of info from wikipedia...............

Blackpool Tower is a tourist attraction in BlackpoolLancashire in England which was opened to the public on 14 May 1894. Inspired by the Eiffel Tower in Paris, it rises to 518 feet 9 inches (158.12 metres).

S.A.N.D.S is a charity for parents and families who have had the tragic loss of a child, they are there everyday helping people with information and help, whether it be at centres, over the phone or internet. They do a fantastic job helping people through thier time of crisis and with myself and my wife going through the loss of a child ourselves that is why i want to help raise money for this fantastic charity,so that they can continue the great work that they do.

I am also fundraising in memory of our son Ian.

So please everyone whether it is a little amount or a nice generous amount lets get donating...........

Thanks

Dave
