Alice House Hospice looked after my dad and my family over 8 years ago now and their help and support was invaluable to us all    

This week I collected dads bike from the bike shop all repaired and roadworthy and then I saw this challenge  advertised online. So thought what the heck I’ve not ridden a bike much lately but what better incentive to get me out on it than to raise money for Alice House Hospice.  So challenge accepted cycle 100 miles in October.
