Many years ago I ran my first 5K with a very dear friend who sadly lost his life to cancer and should have been celebrating his 60th birthday this February.  Always remember him saying there are no more hills and going around a corner and seeing another.  

Willow and I are running everyday in February in Simon's memory.  I will be thinking of him and all my friends and family who have had cancer,  battled through and survived and those who unfortunately are no longer with us today.
