Surfers Against Sewage - 2010 Challenge · 18 June 2010 ·

Surfers Against Sewage (SAS) is a charity set up in 1990 by people sick of seeing the ocean they love polluted. We campaign to protect the ocean and all it makes possible, by taking action on the ground that triggers change from the top. We're calling for an end to sewage and plastic pollution.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

When I was asked if I would like to be involved in the 2010 SAS Channel Challenge it was a resounding YES! I am very proud to be included in the team taking part in this exciting and rewarding venture. The event is set to take place within a weeks window of the 18th - 25th June dependent on weather conditions. This is a great opportunity to highlight the need for cleaner waters and to promote the fastest growing water sport in the world. We intend as a team to set a World Record for the fastest crossing under the regulations of The Guiness Book Of Records.
