I have decided to run Cardiff's half marathon later on this year, in memory of my favorite person in the world, my Bampa Richard. He fought a very courageous battle against lung cancer in the year 2013. He was a very strong and knowledgeable man who had a massive influence on me, in all parts of my life. If it wasn't for my Bampa I would not be the person that I am today and if i have half of the success and happiness that my Bampa had I would certainly be a very content person.

I have chosen to fund raise for 'Golau Cancer Trust', this a charity that is based in Swansea's Singleton Hospital. A charity close to my heart as they were helping my bampa during his times of need!  Every penny donated will help current cancer fighters! The donation no matter how big or how small is very much appreciated!
