Colostomy UK 🇬🇧 is a great charity and raises awareness and supports people living with stomas. After being diagnosed with Crohn's disease at 18 I never thought I would end up with 1 stoma let alone 2 and after recent surgery to form the 2nd stoma I want to raise awareness for those living with invisible illnesses. I have 2 beautiful children and they give me motivation to raise awareness for future generations.

I am proud to be an ostomate and having a stoma gave me a new lease of life and doing this walk shows that having a bag won't stop me being active
