Story
Thanks for having a look at the page, means a lot. I'm not ordinarily one to ask for much but in this case it's 100% justified. 3 of us from Glenfield Electrical are attempting the 10 Kilometre Tough Mudder challenge for Zinthiya Trust on the 25th of June.
Zinthiya Trust are the last port of call for so many women &
families across Britain suffering from domestic abuse, honour-based
violence, female genital mutilation and poverty.
Zinthiya has helped countless families over the years, not just by
providing a safe place to stay but through support, training and
opportunity to prevent the root causes of the issues affecting those who
the chairty supports.
I thought it wouldn't be that hard in all honesty but The 10K tough mudder obstacles include:
- Arctic Enema - Icy water to wade through
- Block Ness Monster - 500 lbs blocks to get over
- Mudderhorn - 40 ft of netting to climb up and down
- Electroshock therapy - Running through 10,000 volts (Do The National Inspection Council for Electrical Installation Contracting know about this?)
- Well Swung - Trapezes over muddy water
- Cage Crawl - 48 foot cage in muddy water with 4 inches of clearance to drag yourself along
- Cry Baby - They tear gas you crawling through obstacles
- Everest - 13 ft half pipe to climb over
- Pyramid scheme - 15 ft human wall
- Funky Monkey - Monkey bars over muddy water
- Augustus Gloop - Blasted with a fire hose through a tube
- Shawshanked - Fired out of a muddy tube
- Electric Eel - Electrified muddy water to crawl through
- Kiss of Mud - Crawling through mud with a foot of clearance underneath barbed wire
- Pitfall - Big muddy holes to wade through
- Devil's beard - Heavy netting to clamber through
- Ladder to Hell - 15 foot ladder
