London Marathon 2021 · 3 October 2021 ·
Better late than never, right? As you will see the first attempt at this Marathon was halted by covid over 2 years ago, this was followed by an ankle niggle keeping me out of the 2021 October marathon.
However... Finally, this year, in early October I will be taking on the famous 26.2 Miles around London to raise money for Havens House Hospice.
Havens has been a long associated charity with my old employer Annapurna, and the work they do on a daily basis is truly life changing for the familys involved. To see one of the many examples of how Havens has transformed a familys life, please do follow this link to see what the money you donate can do;

When a child has been diagnosed with a complex or incurable condition, Little Havens can provide the care they need, ‘Making every day count’. Havens specialist Care Team can support them and their family throughout illness, death and bereavement, in the comfort of their own home or at our hospice. We focus on their quality of life, caring for individual physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual needs, ‘Making every day count.’ We must raise over £40,000 each week to be there for every baby, child and teenager who needs us.
Charities pay a small fee for our service. Learn more about fees
