On 2nd October 2022 (it was due to be April 2020 but that was cancelled), I will be running the London Marathon in order to raise funds for the National Deaf Children's Society (NDCS). In my current role as Teacher of the Deaf at Glebe Primary School I have seen first hand the fantastic work that the NDCS do. I believe that it is vital for the development of deaf children and young people that the NDCS are able to continue to give expert support on childhood deafness, continue to raise awareness of and campaign for deaf children's rights, so that they have the same opportunities as everyone else. With that in mind, any amount of money that you can spare, however small, would be greatly appreciated. Cheers, Joe.
