Hello!

This summer, yet again, I'm riding really really far with Thighs of Steel in solidarity with refugees and displaced people. This time I'm doing it with my housemates Joe, Lauren & Jordan! We'll be cycling 700km across Croatia as part of a relay ride that will go all the way from Glasgow to Athens.

The cause: 

There are tens of millions of forcibly displaced people around the world, fleeing war, violence or persucution. Many of these people arrive into Europe, including the UK, seeking refuge - and much of the support they recieve comes from volunteer run projects, providing meals, legal support, childcare help and more! Please donate generously!

Our Target:

We have set an ambitious target of £5,000 between four of us so as an incentive to dig deep into your pockets we are prepared to make a little wager with you all.... 

If we smash our £5,000 target before we leave the 4 of us will all dye our hair pink for the ride...

Please note the four of us have paid upwards of £650 each to be on the trip! The cycle trip is completely self funded, so every penny you donate goes directly to the MASS Action. You feel great! We feel great, until we get into the saddle... 😅
