In 2018 I am taking on my biggest handcycling challenge yet - to cycle 3,000 miles between January and December.

I am taking on this challenge in aid of Aspire, the UK charity where I have worked for over 20 years which supports people like myself
who have been paralysed by a spinal cord injury.
