Story

Hey all, thanks for stopping by.

In September 2018 I am going to be cycling from London to Brighton - Off Road! The route is 75 miles and includes steep forest inclines, tricky technical descents, rocky paths and adrenaline pumping single tracks.

I am cycling on behalf of my mum who is suffering from Vascular Dementia. Vascular dementia and heart disease both have the same risk factors as they are both caused by diseased blood vessels. The British Heart Foundation carry out research relating to dementia, in addition to their better-known research relating to heart disease and other heart conditions.

I love cycling but I’ve never done anything this challenging. Hopefully, it will be fun and I will raise lots of money for a great charity.
