Hey Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Soooo me and my younger brother have decided to challenge ourselves to the daunting task of aiming to complete the national 3 peaks within 24hrs to raise a small donation to help with the awareness of mental health Illness.

Suffering from Mental health issues in general is a bitch, it’s something that’s effected close friends, family, people I care about, don’t care about & also myself and I’m pretty sure most of you can relate or knows someone that can.

The problem with Mental Health conditions are there’s no real cure for it and it comes on with no warning at all which you can't hide from, it essentially impacts all aspects of our life whether it be work, relationships & pretty much any day to day decision we may make, this is why I feel more needs to be done to help with raising awareness as it’s something that can help millions of people, young & old.

Not to preach but if you know anyone suffering, please put an arm around them & If you can please donate anything to help, I know it’s the worst time to ask for charitable donations, but it would be massively appreciated.
