The Spear Programme uses executive coaching techniques to get young people from disadvantaged backgrounds into work, training and education. We focus on the attitudinal and behavioural patterns that are holding them back, to equip them with confidence, motivation and the vital skills they need to succeed in long-term employment.
It costs roughly £1,500 per young person to provide six weeks of training and a year of coaching. The vast majority go on to find work, education or employment.
