I have been diagnosed with HD aged 34 and it is obviously a life-changing diagnosis. I will be running 50k in a day to raise money and awareness.

My Dad passed away in June of this year and it has been absolutely horrendous; he was the loveliest man and only had kindness in his heart. He was going to cycle along with me, but now he'll be with me on my shoulder all the way. 

The date of the run is September 17th and the proposed route is via the Itchen Way, finishing outside my favourite pub: the Wykeham Arms.  

I will need your help to see me to the finish line and would love you to run/cycle a stretch of it with me... I'll also be happy to have one or two sherbets with you afterwards!
