I am raising money for RAGS (Romford Autistic Group Support) by competing in The Big East Triathlon in Maldon.  

RAGS is my chosen charity because they provide activities for my autisic cousin as well as other children and adults across Havering.

I would like to raise as much money as possible as it will enable the fantastic staff to continue doing the excellent job they do as well as providing extra resources for new activities. 

RAGS provide help and support for families who have a child/children with an Autism Spectrum Disorder.

They believe that every person with autism has potential to fulfil, and they enable this by supporting the entire family - parents, siblings and the individual with autism.

RAGS was founded in 2003 by a group of Havering parents who have children with an Autism Spectrum Disorder.  They became a registered Charity in 2009. 

They are proud to be Havering’s support group for parents of children with Autism, run by parents of children with Autism.

Your donations no matter how small will be greatly appreciated by this local charity.
