Thanks for taking the time to visit my page guys.

I'm doing some events this autumn and thought it might be a good way to raise some money for Leukaemia Research a charity very close to my heart. Last year we raised loads when I ran two half marathons in a month, so I thought I would push myself again this year but in a different way. I'm swimming a mile in the very cold and deep Lake Windermere, I'm running round my city in the Birmingham Half Marathon, and then taking it to the country side for the turbo X trial run; 10 miles of muddy hell!!

I'll be sending out update emails with pictures, satisfying high fives and thumbs up when ever I see you, Plus that warm feeling you get when you know I'm freezing in a bog run in November when you're at home chilling.
