I am a 47 year young enthusiastic athlete, who discovered his love of endurance events whilst serving in the Army. 

In the late 70/80's I participated mainly in Triathlons.

In the 90's I concentrated on cycling, time trialing, cyclo-cross riding and road racing.

In more recent years I have undertaken a variety of marathons, ultra running and multi day events.

I enjoy a challenge and look forward to training for and participating in the Marathon des Sables and raising money to help people less able than myself.
