I have been asked to be part of the cadet team to represent Wales in international cadet competitions (ICC) in January 2020 taking place in South Africa!



I've been a part of St John for nearly 6 years and I never thought I'd get such an opportunity. I'm really looking forward to meeting Cadets from all around the world and I'm chuffed I've been asked to do this.



It's definitely going to be an awesome trip!

St John Cymru is an amazing charity so I have committed to raise £1000 to help St John Cymru continue to provide first aid training and support, and amazing experiences to young
 people including me - like the 2020 ICC trip.

The first event I shall be tackling is a 10k mud run on October 12th
