On March 25th 2023, I (Jake) will be completing the Yorkshire Three Peaks. Pen-y-ghent, Ingleborough and Whernside are the points of interest within this 24-mile round trip which includes and ascent of 1585m. To add to the Peaks On May 25th 2023, Jake Dean & Joe Fulcher will walk the National Three Peaks within 24 hours. Taking on Ben Nevis, Scotland (1345m), Scafell Pike, England (978m), Snowdon, Wales (1085m). Both in aid of Suffolk Mind. With suicide being the biggest killer of men under the age of 45, charities like Mind Suffolk can be a crucial element to reducing the statistic.
