Donating 12 inches of my hair

Story
Hello,
Welcome to my Just Giving page, I’m Ellie I am 12 years old thank you so much for taking the time to visit my page. I have thought long and hard about my decision to do this and with my mums permission (of course) here we go!
I am planning on donating 12inches of my hair on 20th July 2019 to the ‘Little Princess Trust’ who provides free real hair wigs to children and young people, up to 24 years, who have lost their own hair through cancer treatment or other conditions.
This charity is especially close to my heart as my family and I have lost too many people/animals to this nasty disease my Uncle Mark, our family dog Max and just recently my bunny Buttons.
So being able to donate my hair to someone who needs it more than I do would make me happy knowing I’ve been able to make a difference in their life and hopefully make them smile.
Monies raised I’d like to donate to another charity that is close to my heart ‘Joeys legacy Boxer rescue’ because as anyone that knows me well knows just how much I LOVE boxers, I’ve had the privilege of having a boxer in my life since I was 3 years old my whole family are boxer mad 💙
Sadly my mum and I lost our beautiful boxer Lewie who was our best friend in a tragic accident when he was only 4 years old, life hasn’t quite been the same since that day we miss him everyday but we keep his memory alive by talking and remembering all the things he made better in life while he was here, we couldn’t bare a home without a boxer so me and my mum started fostering boxer dogs who needed a home and some love which we had in buckets full!
Today we have the happy old tank Vinny who needed a home 3 years ago, he’s been our angel sent from above by our loved ones in heaven he’s given us much much more than we’ve given him... The chance to love a boxer again 💜

Message from Joeys rescue. hi Trudi of course no problem. £10 will pay for a microchip, £20 fortnight's supply of food, £50 vaccinations, £100 neutering. Thank Ellie so much from all of for what she is doing, what an amazing young lady she is2
