In 2016 we travelled by bus and train from Land's End to John O'Groats with Jessica and Sophie in aid of Little Hearts Matter. Three years on, we are going to take the reverse journey with Sophie and Thomas, but sadly without our beautiful Jessica who died in April 2018. We will be raising money once more for Little Hearts Matter, this time in memory of a beautiful girl whose half a heart overflowed with love.

Little Hearts Matter is a fabulous charity that provides support and information for children born with single ventricle heart conditions and their families. They provided us with fabulous support from when we first found out about Jessica's heart condition antenatally and continue to support us as a bereaved family.
