I'm running a 10K obstacle course in March 2013 in memory of my nephew Stephen who died of Stomach Cancer in September 2012.  I'm not sure he would have done something as crazy as this but I wanted to do it to show how much he's missed by so many people.  Dr Kershaw's Hospice helped him and his family when they needed it and I want to give something back to them so they can do this for more people.
