On Sunday 26th March 2023 I will be joining the hundreds of people up and down the country and walking in memory of Jack Pollock. 100% of the funds raised will go towards supporting bereaved children and young people who have experienced the death of someone close, and families and individuals impacted by grief. 

Our boy Jack was a handsome fun loving young man, we sadly lost him on the 29th of September 2022, a loving son, brother and amazing friend who will never be forgotten 💚
