1 in 8 men will get prostate cancer. At Prostate Cancer UK, we’re giving every man the power to navigate it. With over £100 million invested in research, treatment, and care, we’re building a future where prostate cancer no longer cuts men’s lives short. Together, we can help save men’s lives.

Story

This is our time to help others and I, Jazz Virdi of Johara has decided to donate my face to raise money for prostate cancer during the month of Movember.

- Prostate cancer is the most common cancer in men in the UK. A quarter of all new cases of cancer diagnosed in men are prostate cancers.

- In 2007 in the UK about 36,100 men were diagnosed with prostate cancer.

- Prostate cancer is the second most common cause of cancer death in UK men, after lung cancer.

- In 2008 in the UK about 10,170 men died from prostate cancer.

- In 2008, around 338,000 men were diagnosed with prostate cancer in Europe (EU-27).

I've never raised money before and I don't want this to be the last time, so help me meet and smash my target. Any amount large or small will help.

P.s. I'll add my photo as soon as I take one, tomorrow, I promise.

Thanks, Johara.
