Story

Hi Everyone...

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Having raised in excess of £3500 in 2008 for Prostate Cancer and The National Rheumatoid Arthritritis Society, I am now hoping to push beyond the previous amount.

My wife has suffered with Rheumatoid Arthritis for over 9 years and without the help of Dr Sarah Rae and the speciallist nurse, Marise Cane from Bedford Hospital, she would find it enormously difficult to lead a near as normal life, as possible.

The speciallist drugs, pills and numerous appointments, along with the support, advice and general care that is so evident, our world would be in complete, turmoil!!!

I'm asking you to support my cause, in raising over the £3500 raised previously, to help support Arthritis Research UK to help them continue finding new ways to tackle this debilating illness and continue their quest, in finding a complete cure!!

So, donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep, "a little helps a lot" and donate now.
