Story
Last year my
nephew, Ebon, was born prematurely and spent some time in Arrowe Park's
Neonatal Care Unit. He was a tiny little 4lb 1oz when he was born and it was a
few weeks before he was well enough to go home.
While Ebon was
in SCBU, his mum and dad stayed in the Ronald McDonald house. The facilites at
the Ronald McDonald House means that parents and siblings of babies who are not
quite ready to go home can stay near them free of charge.
Ebon is now a
healthy and happy baby (and much heavier than when he was born!) I am cycling
25 miles to raise money for the Ronald McDonald House Charities so that more
families are able to stay near their tiny humans while they get better.
Thank you for visiting my page and for your donations! :)
