We're taking part in the London to Brighton cycle ride to raise money to install an e-Learning centre in a school in Mazinde Day Secondary School, in the Tanga region of Tanzania about 350km north of Dar es Salaam.

Story

It is the first time I have done anything like this and it will be the last.  So this is a one off opportunity for you to sponsor my pain over 52 miles.  That said it is an electric bike, but I'm going to have to keep it on the lowest assistance, but even then the battery might run out, so yes, I will suffer.  

I have not set a target as that seems a bit presumptuous.  All proceeds go to www.camara.org the excellent and highly effective charity that puts refurbished computers into East African schools (133,969 to date).  I've been involved for over 15 years, it's great, it really works and it always needs money.
