Our Blue Light 2019
Campaign by Our Blue Light (RCN 1178735)
Our Blue Light raising awareness of Mental Health amongst our Emergency and Essential Services.

Story

In my role as a firefighter, I have become aware of PTSD and mental health issues

Running is a great way to help to cope with mental health issues. I thank Chorlton runners for giving me the opportunity to help by giving me a ballot place in the London marathon

So what better way to raise awareness of the stigma with mental health in the services and hopefully raise some money to assist in helping others on the way.

Our Blue Light CharityThe charity was formed in April 2018 to support colleagues and their families across the emergency and essential services. We want to help to enable a culture where colleagues feel comfortable talking about their mental health both at home and in the workplace.
