Hello Guys,

I am running the Virgin London Marathon 2010.

In a bid to use my spare time in the pursuit of some good rather than evil, I have decided to torture my body in a different manner with copious amounts of excerise. I am attempting to get over the finish line in under 4 hours.

I am running the Virgin London Marathon for whizz- Kidz, a fantastic childrens charity which  is all about giving disabled children the chance to lead a more independent life.

Its a fabulous cause and I would like us to raise £3,000 which will make all the difference to these wonderful children.

And so I would ask you to dig deep and donate as much as you can.
