Story

First of all thank you for visiting my page, even your emotional support in the coming months of training will be massively appreciated. In the last three years I have lost three friends to cancer, the families of all three friends have been incredibly strong and I send my love and best wishes to you all.

St Wilfred’s Hospice Eastbourne cared for all three of these friends and supported the families, offering the care, respect, dignity and love that any of us would want when we prepare to say goodbye to a loved one. This is my way of thanking this incredible organisation and honouring the memory of three of the strongest, brave and positive people I have ever met. We all have to dig deep for inspiration when we push ourselves past our comfort zone and with your support and all three friends looking down on me during the early morning runs to come, I hope to raise as much as possible. I will make sure to thank you all individually not just on my behalf but for St Wilfred’s and the people they continue to support.

Thank you in advance, the talk is done and the training now begins! 👍🏻👏🏻💪🏻
