The Countryfile team are back and raising life-changing amounts of money by donning their walking boots.I am joining them with my own sponsored Countryfile Ramble to help change support children and young people.

Joseph's house number is 12 so we thought his target could be a 12 mile one day trek in the beautiful Northumbrian countryside to raise funds for the charity. Joseph will be supported by a team of three of his carers on the ramble so quite the task for them too!
