Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

So it's been a couple of years since the last run, something kind of got in the way, thought what eludes me at the minute...

But it's back for 2021, the Red Run, Victoria Park, November 27, 2021.

I would love to think my fitness levels were back to those of 2019's Red Run, but like some over the past 18 months, largely due to gyms being closed and one incident of face planting a pavement, that's not be, oh that and like most I succumbed, almost weekly, to the banana bread trend that seemed to permeate 2020.

Thankfully I'm back up and running (excuse the pun) but this years attempt is the 5k, my knees and ribs won't take any more captain!

So please, anything you can give, would be much appreciated, but it's been a tough couple of years, so your kind words, support and joining on the day to cheer on, would be appreciated, just as much. 

If you are able to pledge money, know that when you do for my run, it is being used to help support the services that Spectra provide in the community to help educate and inform people regarding HIV, safe sexual health practices, including information on PrEP and services available to the Trans community, including counselling, peer mentoring and social groups.

This year’s run, again, gives you a 5K walk opportunity. Whatever you choose, be assured that it is a great day, that attracts over a 1000 runners and supporters, all joining together for a common cause.
