Three of us intrepid oldies(ish) rode 100 miles at the Ride London-Essex event on 29th May  to raise funds for the incredible work that the Humanitas team is doing in Ukraine. They are personally taking medicines, food and hygiene supplies across the Romanian border and directly into the hospitals and temporary shelters that are now home to thousands of families that have fled the war in the north. Please help me to raise as much money as possible so that they can keep going back with supplies that are so desperately needed.
