In May 2024, I'm embarking on my most ambitious endeavor yet—a continuous ultra marathon challenge, walking from London to Brighton. This journey is not just about pushing physical limits; it's a personal odyssey born from my own experiences with mental health. By embracing this monumental feat, I seek to shatter my comfort zone, fortify my resilience, and rekindle a spirit of self-improvement.

Mental health and well-being are integral to my everyday life, shaping my past struggles and inspiring me to support others in diverse ways. That's why I've chosen to raise funds for Mind, a charity dedicated to aiding and championing mental health. Through this endeavor, I hope to shed light on the importance of mutual support and understanding, demonstrating how we can collectively uplift and empower one another through our challenges.

I look forward to going on this journey, and want to take you along on the ride also. If there is anything I can share with you, it would be, to be kind and always remember support is there for there for those who wish to receive it. Talking is the first step, you're never alone and a load shared is a load halved from the challenges and struggles you're facing
