I believe there is currently not enough funding being spent on researching mental illness which is why I have chosen to run this year's Swindon Half Marathon for MQ Transforming Mental Health Through Research.

So many people are affected by mental illness at some point in their lives and for many it has devastating consequences.

MQ funds vital research that will help us to better understand these illnesses and improve the lives of those living with them.
