For the last 5 years members of GB Group staff have taken part in a physically enduring Challenge to raise money for Charity.
On Friday June 11th 2010 I and 50 of my colleagues will be taking part in this years Challenge - This year we have chosen to do The Sandstone Trail within 12 hours. This stretches for 34 miles/55 kilometres across lovely rural
Cheshire and north Shropshire countryside. It's one of the finest and most popular long distance walks in North West England, in the . It is the ultimate ''.
We will be working together towards our common goal of raising £12,500 for GB’s chosen charity – The Friendship Clinic, http://www.clinic-nepal.org.uk/
We alternate our annual fundraising activity between the Friendship Clinic and a local charity. Last year we were able to provide a local disabled child with a new wheelchair and transport assistance, this year we are hoping to
raise the money needed to improve the availability of medical services at the clinic in .
