I'm having a second (and hopefully final) go at an Ultra-marathon - but this time it's flat! Going from Putney to Henley along the Thames for 100km and hopefully in a lot less time that the last time I tried!

I'm also running the Asics 10km as a warm up in July. Combining the two together!
