March for SSAFA against Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) · 29 June 2012

Since 1885, thanks to the public's support, we continue to provide welfare and wellbeing assistance tailored to our Armed Forces community. We know and understand the unique demands of service life, whether in the UK or overseas, and in times of need, we help to enable the Forces family to thrive.

Story

This is a 14 kilo loaded bergan march from Worcester to Evesham ,15 Miles or 24 Kms, this will be carried out by 2 ex - soldiers myself included and 2 civillian friends from Evesham  This is to enable SSAFA raise money to assist in training staff and support workers via Dr David MUSS.  Due to  Ex-service personnel from as far back as WW2 have been suffering from PTSD this will enble them to get the help and treatment needed because have been suffering from PTSD after serving in diffrent parts of the world on operations and been exposed to many traumatic experience's in there service.
