Story

Charity Challenge Round 2

As we are still unable to run The Butterfly Ball this year.

I have decided to do another fitness challenge to raise essential funds for @EpilepsyRUK via The Ellen Mezzetti Memorial Fund.

On Saturday 31st July I am going to do the 6 for the 600 Challenge.

I will be attempting to complete 60 rounds of 600M alternating between The Assault Air Bike, The Ski Erg and The Treadmill.
Each machine will be followed by 60 reps of either Squats, Press Ups, TRX Pull Ups, Shoulder Press, Ab Crunch or Reverse Ab Crunch and then 6 reps of Burpee Broad Jumps.

So round 1 will be
600M Air Assault Bike, 60 Squats, 6 Burpee Broad Jumps.
Round 2
600M Ski Erg, 60 Press Ups, 6 Burpee Broad Jumps
And so on for 60 rounds.

I'm hoping to complete the challenge in around 6 Hours.

Most importantly I'm hoping to raise £600 for Epilepsy Research UK

Please donate and help a great cause.

Thank you
