The Kirkintilloch Band is representing Scotland at the National Brass Band Championships of Great Britain in September as First Section Scottish Champions. Taking part in this prestigious competition will cost over £5000 and to help us raise some funds for this trip, players are aiming to climb Beinn Dorain, a Munro just north of Tyndrum and to play a (very!) short concert at the summit.
