In March 2021 we lost our dear John to a rare type of lymphoma. In his last weeks he received exceptional specialised care from the wonderful staff at St Peter's Hospice. 

We'd like to ask for donations to be made in John's name to St Peter's via this fundraising page, instead of flowers at his funeral, to help enable the charity to continue giving the same level of care in future, to others who find themselves in the position he did. They only receive a small amount of government funding for the unbelievably important work that they do.

John was loved by many – whether it was as a father, husband, son, brother, cousin, colleague, bandmate or friend – and was a well-respected musician on the Bristol entertainment scene. A brilliant drummer and a beautiful soul. He will be sorely missed and fondly remembered by those who knew him.
